Localization World is pleased to advise you of these additional events and meetings that are taking place in Barcelona prior to the Localization World Conference.

The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) has organized an all-day workshop through through ESIC Business & Marketing School, the leading private marketing institution in Spain. The workshop will focus on successfully selling services, from locating and contacting prospects to presenting your company’s services and contracting the deal. Participants will also learn about defining a company’s USP (unique selling proposition) as well as effective branding.

TILP hosts reception for Localisation Teaching, Training and Research Network (LttN)

The Institute of Localisation Professionals (TILP) is pleased to host a cocktail reception in the beautiful surroundings of the Patio Garden of the Fira Palace Hotel. This reception will provide a unique opportunity for those involved in localization-related teaching, training and research in academic institutions, to network and meet colleagues from around the globe.

In addition, TILP will provide information on its Certified Localisation Professional (CLP) programme and, specifically, information on how to become a TILP Accredited CLP Course Provider. Information on existing accredited course providers, access to TILP accredited shared course material and the new distribution of the LRC Localisation Tools and Technology (LOTS) Distribution will also be available.
