Localization World Conference - Location and Hotel
Conference Venue
The main conference sessions (October 17-18) will take place at the Centre Mont-Royal.
The preconference sessions on October 16 will take place at the conference hotel, the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal.
Free shuttle from the airport
Lionbridge is offering a free shuttle from the Montreal – Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport to the Omni Hotel:
Signs on the shuttles are branded on the sides with “Free Shuttle to Localization World” (with the Localization World logo along the sides)
Hosts will greet attendees as they pick up their luggage at the baggage claim. They will hold Localization World signs.
Four shuttles will run on October 16th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, approximately every 15 minutes (one handicap accessible)
Return shuttles (two larger buses) from the Centre Mont-Royal back to the airport on October 18th at 5:30pm

The conference hotel is the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal. The Localization World Conference rate is 185.00 Canadian (plus tax) for singles or doubles. If you are plan to stay between October 15 and 18, follow the instructions below to make your reservation. If you plan to stay longer, please contact the hotel directly at 1-514-284-1110 or 1-888-444-6664.
1. Go to the hotel website.
2. Under the "RATES & RESERVATIONS" tab in the top left corner, select "Make a Reservation".
3. In the "Select a Hotel" option, choose the "Hotel Omni Mont - Royal".
4. Enter your arrival and departure dates, and the number of rooms required.
5. Enter the 11-digit Localization World group code, 16400601386 in the "Group Code" field.
6. Click on "Check Availability" to choose your room.
5. After selecting your room, continue to check out.
